The fact is, that Plitvice is really beautiful as you can see on photos all around the Internet
Water is pure, you can even drink it
But let see what we can expect on the path
The ticket itself does have a map on it, but it's a bad one. It's better to buy one extra map.
It provide you with more information about the routes. Otherwise these signs are mostly useless.
The Big Waterfall, main tourist attraction
But don't plan to visit The Big Waterfall only. Consider visiting other lakes too, don't be like all the other sheep ;)
From lower to upper lakes, you will pass by many beautiful cascades
Meet hungry locals, above and below the surface of the water
And for the end, there is also a boat which you can rent and row over the lakes ;)
